Hospital Policy

Appointment Policy

We see patients by appointment only. To set up an appointment, call our office at 914-763-8121 Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm or you can request an appointment via email at crossriverah@aol.com.

If there is not enough time in your day to come in and see the doctor, you can drop off your pet after 8 am and pick him/her up before 5 pm. Monday - Saturday. There is a nominal fee for this service.

Hospitalized/Overnight Patients

Every effort is made to return patients to their homes by the end of the day. If this is not possible or is not in the best interest of the pet, we do have someone on the premises 24 hours to check in on sick/post-surgical patients.

Payment Options

We have no desire to extend anyone beyond their means or intentions. If you ask us beforehand, we will gladly advise you of the anticipated cost for the care of your pet.

A deposit is required when animals are left at the hospital. All accounts must be paid in full before an animal can be discharged.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), Check with ID and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
** On your first visit, we do not accept a check.
